Only the name of the company changes, other details, including the website, tax identification number, telephone numbers and address remain unchanged. The composition and packaging of cosmetics, which will still be available under the Clarena brand on the website www.e-clarena.eu for retail customers and www.clarena.pro for professional customers, as well as in the company’s showrooms in Wilczyce at 2 Clareny Street and in Warsaw at 72 Wilcza Street also remain unchanged.
Changing the name of the company does not affect relations with customers and contractors, and the obligations concluded so far remain valid. We kindly ask you to take into account the change of the company’s name when sending correspondence to us and preparing new documents containing the company’s details.
